Founder and Principal Consultant - Andrew
With over 20 years of experience across healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services, Andrew co-founded Timberwolf to address a challenge he encountered repeatedly in senior technology leadership roles: the operational burden of compliance.
Serving as Head of Infrastructure, Andrew was responsible for delivering and assuring complex regulatory obligations, including SOC 2 and PCI-DSS, while leading high-performing engineering teams. He saw firsthand how compliance efforts often centered around manual evidence collection, static documentation, and point-in-time audits that consumed significant effort without improving assurance.
Drawing on a background in software engineering, systems administration, and cloud governance, Andrew focused on automating the compliance lifecycle — embedding controls, evidence collection, and monitoring directly into operational systems. This approach reduced audit effort, improved confidence, and allowed teams to maintain delivery velocity.
Through Timberwolf, Andrew works with organisations to operationalise IT governance in a way that is practical, auditable, and sustainable — helping technical leaders meet rigorous compliance expectations without unnecessary complexity or operational strain.
